Banner Sizes:
Prominent
exposure rates: We do not require a term of more than 30
days for your convenience. You may renew your banner or
button at the end of your 30 days if vieuxpoint is
notified by the 15th day of your ad that you desire to do
so.

There will be a one time $25.00 banner/button setup fee
for those placing an ad the first time. We will keep your
banner/button on file should you desire to place an ad at
a later date at which time you will not have to pay a
design fee, unless you desire to create a new one.
All ads placed on Finance, Culture and Cuisine, Travel
Hotspots, Wellness, Community Leaders, and Focus on
Business will be charged at the following rates:

If your
company has a web site, persons clicking on your banner or
ad will be sent by a link to your website.
If you do not have a web site, but would like for
vieuxpoint.com to make a place for your curious clickers
to go, we can design a full-size, one page ad for them to
be sent to. You would provide us with a picture of your
business, etc., and a bio on you or your business. Any
camera ready art and logos you desire to use should also
be sent.
Persons without a website just wanting to have exposure by
placing a banner, or button, but do not want to have a
page created may decline the full-size page link.
Fee for one page link (discussed above) is an extra design
fee (added to your advertising rate) of $150.00. We will
also not charge this design fee again for subsequent ads,
and we will keep your page on file for future advertising
requests.
Banner
Design:
Vieuxpoint.com
can also design your banner provided you send the desired
pictures and look of your banner. A design fee of
$40.00 dollars applies to all static (non-moving) banners.
If you would like a dynamic or moving banner, the design
fee would be $ 60.00. |

AUTHORIZATIONS,
RELEASES, DISCLAIMERS:
1. Vieuxpoint.com reserves the right to refuse
advertising at any time.
2. Contracts must provide that if a federal or
state tax is enacted on advertising these rates
are subject to adjustment providing for these
taxes.
3. The advertiser agrees to indemnify
vieuxpoint.com and its writers and any associated
business or individual against any and all
liabilities and expenses, including payment of
judgments and attorney's fees and costs, arising
from any and all claims involving the contents of
any advertisements published.
4. The advertiser agrees to assume sole
responsibility for statements contained in his
copy and to protect vieuxpoint.com against any and
all liability, loss of expense arising out of
claims of libel, unfair trade practices, unfair
competition, infringement of trademarks, names of
patents, copyrights and proprietary rights and all
violations of the right of privacy resulting from
publication by the copy of the advertisers' copy.
This also applies to photos and images included in
advertiser's copy.
SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Ads will run based on a 30 day schedule, from the
day the ad is placed ending on the 30th day
without regard to monthly magazine issue dates.
Ads may be renewed if vieuxpoint is notified by
the 15th day of ad life placement-otherwise, we
cannot assure that you will be able to immediately
renew the ad-there may be a period due to space
restraints to republish ad.
All first time advertisers will be charged a
design fee plus the 30 day rate for the design
chosen. Advertisers will submit requests,
vieuxpoint will design the banner/button/one page
ad. Advertisers will be given one opportunity to
view the ad and request modifications-these
requests are limited to clerical errors and font
size/type changes, and banner background colors.
Unless specified before ad design, vieuxpoint
reserves the right to color/font choice that we
think will look visually appealing for over-all
magazine color continuity.
All advertisers must read and sign agreeing to
terms of ad placement above. Full payment,
including design and rate fees must be received 10
working days before desired ad placement date. At
this time, method of payment is limited to check
or money order.
There will be no refunds after design work begins
or ad placement. If refund is requested before ad
is placed, advertiser will only receive 50% of
total paid vieuxpoint. This is due to having lost
business from other persons not being able to
advertise because we had reserved your ad space.
We believe this is fair.
